How can I place an order?
Placing an order in our webshop is very simple. Go to the product you want to order. Then you choose the right color and you press the button ‘click and order’. Now you placed the item in your shopping cart. Click on ‘confirm order’. You will now be forward to the page confirm order. On this page you have to fill in your personal data, sending data and payment method. When you are done filling in the data, you have to press the button ‘Place order’. Now we will receive your order and we will digest your order as soon as possible.

 

What are the payment methods?
Payments can be fulfilled in different ways, namely with iDEAL, Paypal, Creditcard and advance by bank.

 

How do I know that my order is a success ?
After you placed an order and the payment is completed, you will receive an email with an confirmation. In the email you will find an review with the products that your ordered.

 

When will be order be delivered ?
We are aiming to deliver your order as soon as we can (product on stock and ordered before 15:00). As soon as the product has been send, you will receive an email with a track & trace code. With your personal code you can easily follow your order.

 

Is it also a possibility to collect my order from a store?
Yes, that is possible. When you are at the payment screen you can choose for the option “collect from store”. When your order has arrived in the store, we will send you a message. You are now able to collect your order and to pay at the counter.

 

Are there shipping costs?
Orders above € 39,00 we will ship for free (in Holland). For orders under € 39,00 we will charge € 6,95. Look into our shipping and costs page for more information.

 

How will my order be delivered?
Your order will be deliverd with PostNL. If you’re not at home the first time, PostNL will come by the next day around the same time. When PostNL both times can’t deliver the package the package will be brought to the closed post office. You can collect your package from here. The deliverer will keep you up to date about this. Of course there is also the opportunity to let the package be delivered somewhere else, like at your job. While your filling in your deliver data you can fill in this address.

 

Can I send my order retour?
Of course sometimes there is a case where you receive your package but it is not what you expected. This is why it’s not a problem to send the order or a product retour. You have 8 days after you received the order to send it retour. Don’t forget to send the receive and to mention the reason you’re sending the order retour. The costs for the retour sending are for your payment, we don’t have an reply number. As soon as we received the package, we will send you an confirmation. The amount will be deposited on the same account as where it was payed from. Notice: It can take several working days before you receive the amount on your account.

 

I am not happy with my order
In case you’re not happy with your order, you have 7 days to contact us telephonic or through the contact form of bel met +31 38 42 12 957. We will send you information about the retour procedure. You’re always able to receive your money back. The costs of the retour sending are for your own bill.

 

My order has damage. What do I do?
The products are made and send with most of care, if something breaks anyway within the period of guarantee, you can send the product back. We will make sure the product will be replaced/repaired.
